Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-26

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and The operator of TubeReply AI (“we”), which operates TubeReply AI (the “Service”). Contact: the contact address on this site.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data held by Google.

3. The Service

The Service reads the comments on a YouTube channel you own, suggests replies written with artificial intelligence, and posts the replies you approve. It never posts a reply you have not approved.

4. Your account

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) and own, or be authorised to manage, the YouTube channel you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

5. Your responsibility for replies

  • AI drafts can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. You review every reply and you are responsible for what you approve and post.
  • You must follow YouTube's Terms, Community Guidelines and spam policies. Do not use the Service to send spam, mislead people, harass anyone, or post unlawful content.
  • We may limit or pause posting to protect your channel and the Service (for example to respect YouTube's quotas).

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans, their prices and limits are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Consumers in the European Union keep their statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. YouTube or Google may change or limit their APIs, which can affect features. We may change these terms; we will announce significant changes in the app and update the date above.

8. Ending your use

You can stop at any time: disconnect your channel or delete your account in Settings, and revoke access in your Google security settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you approve and post. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are established, and disputes go to its competent courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.
